Entertainment mogul and entrepreneur, Sean Diddy Combs, wants to be next to own a sports team. He has reportedly – and shockingly – placed a bid for struggling London football team, Crystal Palace.
A source said: “Diddy was in London meeting football fixers a couple of weeks ago. The finance is in place.
The team is said to be bankrupt and in enormous financial trouble, so Diddy’s contribution would be greatly appreciated. “He could cover their debt and bankroll a return to the Premier League. He liked the name as well,” the source added.
Former owner Simon Jordan was said to have lived a flambouyant life that’s similar Diddy’s, so the team’s players would welcome the new connection.
Diddy’s swoop for the Palace Eagles would bring some much needed bling back to south east London, a london paper says.
