Michael Jordan and Charles Barkley helped to corrupt Tiger Woods, facilitated his perverse behavior and acted as enablers for his ravenous sexual appetite, the latest issue of Vanity Fair magazine claims.
In an extremely explosive, 14-page cover story titled, “The Temptation of Tiger Woods,” Vanity Fair details how the two NBA legends helped lead the golf superstar down a slippery slope of uncontrollable access that included gambling and disgusting sexual conquests that are too vulgar and graphic to print here. This is according to a close adviser of Woods who tried to warn the golf great years ago to steer clear of Jordan at all costs.
“Stay away from that [expletive], because he doesn’t have anything to offer to the [expletive] world in which he lives except playing basketball,” Woods’ adviser Robert Merchant told the magazine about Jordan.
Jordan, of course, was notorious even during his spectacular, incomparable career for his voracious appetites that included gambling that sometimes crept into the millions of dollars in one sitting. And Jordan’s prolific womanizing led to the dissolution of his marriage and a settlement for his ex-wife Juanita that was in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
The feature story also details Woods’ affairs in shocking detail (yes, you will be shocked again) with four of his former mistresses and provides insight into Woods’ behavior that often began at a blackjack table at the MGM Grand VIP casino with Jordan and Barkley.
There are other startling accusations and revelations in the publication. The claim that none of Woods’ inner circle knew of his innumerable sexual dalliances is a lie, the mistresses claim. They said Woods’ childhood friend, his caddie Stevie Williams and his agent were all aware. Worse, they all worked to cover up and enable Woods’ behavior.
Also, Woods’ father, the late Earl Woods, was an unrepentant womanizer who was also an alcoholic. Vanity Fair is now on newsstands. –terry shropshire
