Rapper Kid Cudi, born Scott Mescudi, 26, added another puzzling incident to his string of substance fueled antics early Friday. He was reportedly arrested after showing his natural born behind at a young girl’s Chelsea (NY) apartment.
Reports say the up and coming hip hop artist “yanked the woman’s door off the hinges and smashed her cell phone against a wall” while in a drunken and possibly cocaine fueled rage. The incident occurred at about 4:15 a.m., according to police.
The arresting officers reported that they found a glassine envelope of an unknown substance in his front pocket. He was charged with possession and felony criminal mischief.
Cudi is becoming known for losing his cool in public, including assaulting a fan during one of his shows. Dysfunction must be on the list of qualifications to become a rapper; most of the prominent ones are into something they shouldn’t be. –gerald radford
