“American Idol” winner Fantasia Barrino has never been shy about publicly sharing her struggles with literacy and getting her GED. She believed that by sharing her adversities, she would free others around the nation trapped in the same vicious cycle that she was.
However, Fantasia has vowed to never tweet again. One too many people have called her stupid or pointed out her grammar and spelling errors in nasty, rude ways.
In a series of tweets on Friday that the R&B singer says are her last, she promises to rise above her haters and her record company:
Sorry!!! That wasn’t for all my people who got some since, it was to the 1s who call me stupid. But yet on here saying stupid Things.
Hey Mamma, trust I’m not worried about That.. I’m doing me so hard right now and have been threw so Much. It’s Nothing to me Now.
But know this about me * I’m far from Dumb* but God will Do the rest if the Talking 4 Me … The record Company and to my Haters.
I Deal with a lot.. And I stay away from all Negative!!!! I Love You all!!! Be Blessed.
