First it was making backpacks cool, then came the big sunglasses, next up tight Euro-cut suits all day. Kanye has tagged his new look with a name — he calls it the “Rosewood Movement.” The good that may come from this movement is that it will push some young men to wear pants that won’t sag past their behinds.
But if you know the story behind Rosewood, you know the strong civil rights implications. So I’m hoping that this is not just a faze or marketing ploy. It seems that Kanye has made wearing suits the essential component to the movement.
