Those were the sentiments expressed by several women as they enthusiastically described their experiences during the Houston leg of the My Black Is Beautiful tour.
The event, which was held at Reliant Stadium, continued Procter & Gamble’s celebration of African American beauty. From makeovers to celebrity appearances by rapper MC Lyte and Leela James, Houstonians enjoyed a delightful afternoon of sisterhood and unity.
Attendees enjoyed live entertainment and complimentary beauty services by Cover Girl Queen Collection, Pantene Relaxed and Natural, Crest, Olay, Secret and Always. There was also a model search on site, as My Black is Beautiful is searching for the face of their next print ad. This lucky woman will also be a part of the taping of “My Black Is Beautiful Live TV Season Three.”
