“He was driving while black in a Maybach, in California. He wasn’t supposed to make a u-turn in California anyway. But I can’t say, to each his own. Sometimes you’ve gotta be careful of what you are doing and know who is watching you.”

“… For one, he just got out. I think if he’s trying to send a positive message to the young kids not to be doing wrong, you can’t still be doing wrong yourself, especially when you’ve been given a second chance. He’s got a lot of making up to do to the community and to his fans at the same time.”

Heather R.

“I think it’s really stupid the way he came out of jail and put himself as a role model, saying don’t go to jail, then he gets caught with drugs agsain. I mean what do you say, it’s just stupidity to the highest level.”

Jeneavi J.

“It just seems like he let his fans down. He didn’t learn from it I guess.”

DeShawn C.

“I think TI portrays himself as a role model, but then you want to come back and do the same thing. It makes me feel like you’re being the average American setting himself up to be another statistic. He should have thought back and said ‘OK, I’m not going to do this.’ He takes back a lot of what he says and actions are better than words. You’re not really showing what you say you are, so I think he’s being a fake.”
