Usher Covers Oct/Nov Issue of Vibe Magazine

T.I. to Appear in Court Oct. 15 on Probation Violation

Over a month ago T.I. and his new bride, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, were pulled over after making an illegal U-turn in West Hollywood. A search of the vehicle and occupants turned up several drugs, including ecstasy, marijuana and codeine.

T.I. tested positive the next day for opiates and authorities also claim that he had contact with a convicted felon. All of those issues are violations of his probation.

T.I. will have to appear in court on Oct. 15 in front of a federal judge to explain why his probation shouldn’t be revoked.

In other news, T.I and Tiny held a benefit luncheon for their Alzheimer’s charity, For the Love of Our Fathers, in Atlanta on Sunday, Oct. 3.  T.I.’s father battled the disease before his death. Tiny’s father is currently battling the illness.
