Sarah Palin Pulls Race Card Against the Obamas in New Book; Using Race to Attract White Voters

alt

Rabid race-baiter Sarah Palin shows her fangs and lust for the Obamas’ blood in a new book that retreads the 2008 presidential campaign — the race she lost — and places Michelle Obama under the scorching microscope again.

In America By Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith and Flag, Palin returns to her favorite subject and the only weapon she can use to rile up cultural animosity for her advantage: racial politics. She takes delightful stabs at first lady Michelle Obama over an old remark that was purposely taken out of context by the media and Palin. She also says that President Barack Obama believes that America is fundamentally flawed from a racial standpoint.

“Certainly his wife expressed this view when she said during the 2008 campaign that she had never felt proud of her country until her husband started winning elections,” she shared. “In retrospect, I guess this shouldn’t surprise us, since both of them spent almost two decades in the pews of the Reverend Jeremiah Wright’s church listening to his rants against America and white people.”

Welcome to the 2012 Sarah Palin presidential campaign. So much for a post-racial America that the mainstream desperately desired. Sarah “Lighter Fluid” Palin will exploit the racial hatred of the Obamas to try to fan the flames of discontent.

Never mind that Michelle Obama took great pains to clarify her comments, explaining that she was proud that voters for the first time in a long time came out in droves to participate in the 2008 historical campaign. Palin is a political predator who knows that she lacks the respect of the electorate on the issues of domestic and foreign policy, intelligence, experience, know-how and other key departments. Race is the one unresolved American dilemma that Palin can use to her advantage.

Forget what America says about Rev. Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson. The real racial panderer is Sarah Palin. And she’s very gifted in this area. –terry shropshire
