Chris Brown and Rihanna Can Officially Have Contact, as Long as He Doesn’t Annoy, Molest Her

It looks like Chris Brown and Rihanna have finally gotten their wish. A Los Angeles judge has officially eased Rihanna’s restraining order against Brown to a level one, allowing the two to finally see each other.

As reported by radaronline.com, the modification, ordered yesterday by Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg, allows the former couple to see each other, if they want to, as long as Brown doesn’t annoy, molest or conduct surveillance of Rihanna, which would result in a probation violation.

Rihanna was not present at the court but her attorney, Donald Etra, was there as her representative, telling the judge that she had no objections to the modifications.

“I have spoken with my client, and she does not object to it being modified to a level one order,” said Etra.

Back in January when Brown appeared in court for a progress report on domestic violence counseling, his attorney requested that the restraining order, which forced Brown to remain at least 50 yards away from his ex, be removed, citing that it could be a “problem with award shows.”

Earlier this month, it was reported that Rihanna requested that the restraining be dropped down to level one, indicating that she’s perhaps ready to reconcile with her ex. Now, it’s official.

Do you think it’s time for a Chris Brown and Rihanna reunion or should the pair remain separated by law, based on the severity of the assault?
