Round Faces
Asymmetrical– Your face looks great with an uneven cut, meaning a mixture of lengths. Try a deep side park and long side-swept bangs which will give your face a slimmer look.
Sleek Ponytail– To prevent adding bulk around your face, an easy way to add definition is with a sleek middle to high ponytail. Keep it smooth and skip the volume.
The Bob– The fun thing about wearing a bob is that it can look messy and still be cute. Ask your stylist to cut your hair into piecey layers so it’s soft, layered, and intentionally imprecise. For you daring ladies, try an angled bob that sweeps longer at the chin and shortens in the back at the nape of the neck.
Defined Pixie- All the little pieces in a pixie cut help emphasize the cheekbones and eyes. Apply a pomade or wax to give definition and texture.
Oval Faces
Blunt Bangs– Straight bangs across the brow line are great if your face shape tends to look long. Bangs break up your length and give you more width.
Middle Part– Oval shaped faces are perfect to rock the middle part, especially when your hair is shoulder-length or longer. Go for a sleek look with bone straight tresses or soften it up with some soft romantic waves.
Side Bangs– Long side swept bangs help break up a long face and add softness.
Edgy Short Cut– An edgy “look at me now” cut is perfect for oval faces. So if your feeling daring like Rihanna … then go for it.
Square Face
Tousled Shag– Go for a shag with body and emphasize layers to de-emphasize squareness.
Wavy Ends– Waves created with a big barrel curling iron will help obscure any severity in the jawline.
Long and Straight– Wearing your hair long and straight opens up and softens the middle of your face and draws the attention away from your jawline.
Heart Faces
Bouncy Bob– Hair that falls right below the jaw helps fill in the area around the chin. Add some body with a round brush and volumizing spray and you are good to go.
Deep Side Part– This look will draw attention to your beautiful eyes. Make sure your part is clearly defined.
