Kirk Franklin, one of the most popular gospel performers in the world and whose music has crossed over several genres and generations, will sing his current No. 1 hit song, “Smile.”
Performing on “Idol” is a wonderful opportunity for the versatile performer to showcase his talents to the small percentage of people who may have never heard of him and bring them a message of hope, peace, inspiration and love.
