Tiger Woods may have dumped his caddie, but he has recouped $10 million from his talkative mistress, nightclub executive Rachel Uchitel.
Let’s rewind, shall we? The 35-year-old Rachel Uchitel (the sexting queen) was one of the better looking mistresses in Woods’ stand-by stable and the first to bust him out. In fact, Uchitel and her fierce feminist lawyer, Gloria Allred, were this/close to holding a a press conference about the affair when Tiger Woods’ people produced a confidentiality agreement worth $10 million.
Finally, Uchitel’s ship had come in — however, loose lips sink ships and the mistress was forced to fork over that money for breaking the agreement, according to sources familiar with the incident.
Reportedly, Tiger’s lawyer, Jay Lavely, ordered her to give all of the money back after Uchitel spoke Tiger’s name on “Celebrity Rehab,” where she was treated for a “love addiction.” Uchitel is also accused of talking about Tiger to TMZ.
Allred reportedly convinced Uchitel to return the money because she would lose the case in court. Uchitel followed Allred’s advice, but now she’s as mad as a jilted wife, because she discovered that Allred is entitled to keep her fee for negotiating the contract.
Was it a game of legal musical chairs, where Uchitel was the only one left standing?
Uchitel seems to think some shady business is going on. According to reports, Uchitel is considering going after Allred with a malpractice suit for selling her out.
