Attention beauty and fashion lovers … one of our favorite quirky style icons, Rachel Zoe, of BRAVO’s “The Rachel Zoe Project,” is launching a new lipstick line that is totally “maj-uh.” Zoe teamed up with New York based brand, “Exude,” for the launch of their first lipstick line which features cool, sultry colored crimson shades, keeping the consumer in mind with hygienic packaging.

Why did Zoe decide to enter the beauty realm? “Of all the makeup I use, I’m most intrigued by and infatuated with lipstick,” said Zoe. “I have full lips, so playing with color and texture has always been fun for me.”

Wanting to keep things simple, Zoe took a sleek approach to the design of the featured cream lipsticks and lip glosses, which come in an array of nine hues ranging from nude to cranberry (Zoe’s signature). The lipstick boasts an innovative crystal clear applicator that when twisted a small amount of color is released, allowing you to get a smooth and even finish. Plus, the plastic bullet maintains its shape over time and houses the moisturizing and anti-aging formula with ingredients like Vitamin E and C, Omega-3 and 6, and Goji berry.

“My biggest thing with lipstick is that it always dries up because I have to talk and my lips get really, really dry,” she said. “And this feels like I’m wearing lip balm. It actually stays on. I went through a phase when I wanted matte, matte and matte and then I realized I constantly looked like I had chapped lips and it was not chic. Not cute at all!”

The line will be available exclusively on exudelipstick.com.

What do you think about the new line? Will you be wearing it or are you more excited about the premiere of season four of “The Rachel Zoe Project,” in September?mckenzie harris
