On Feb. 23 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Atlanta Technical College is hosting a Community Health & Wellness Expo at one of the school’s new buildings, The Brenda Watts Jones Allied Health and Technology Complex.
There will be more than 30 information booths that will include medical professionals and nonprofits providing basic health screenings, workshops, seminars and healthy habit demonstrations, conducted by some of Atlanta’s top physicians, nutritionists and health specialists. This expo is a collaborative effort organized by Atlanta Technical College, American Heart Association Center and the Allied Health Programs, Georgia Department of Community Health, Atlanta Public Schools and Atlanta Metropolitan College. The expo is free and open to the public.
