The deal, according to Dania Suarez, a 24-year-old, 5-foot-4, Colombian working girl, was $800 for sex with the U.S. Secret Service agent.
The following morning, after Suarez provided her services, the cheapskate Secret Service agent reneged on the deal, and offered her $28 instead.
The agent expected the Colombian single mother (she has a 9-year-old son) to take the drastic pay cut and fade into the night. Instead, Suarez raised hell, and launched a sex scandal that cost the cheap john and several other Secret Service agents public humiliation and their jobs.
The Daily News exposed Suarez and David Chaney, the alleged cheap john who initiated the scandal by refusing to pay to play. In a recent development, the Secret Service Agents now have restricted free time (and free time activities) when they are on duty.
David Chaney, 48, a married Secret Service supervisor, has been allowed to retire. His father, George Chaney, served as a Secret Service Agent for president Lyndon B. Johnson.
