Lots of people out there can talk a good game, knowing they haven’t done the work. Faking it until you make it only works if they don’t make you prove what you said you can do. Beside, it’s hard to fake real numbers, such as sales, revenue, growth figures and cost savings. As Jay-Z once said, “The numbers don’t lie.” But people sure do.
