Lavender Margarita
If you’re looking for something a little less traditional this tequila and coconut milk margarita might be one to try.
Ingredients:
1 cup tequila
1/2 cup orange-flavored liqueur
1/3 cup lime juice
1 cup coconut milk
2 cups frozen raspberries
2 cups frozen blueberries
4 ice cubes
1 teaspoon dried lavender
Directions:
In a blender, combine the tequila, orange liqueur-curacao, triple sec etc., coconut milk and lime juice. Cover, turn to high speed, and gradually add berries, lavender and ice. Whirl until smooth and slushy. Pour into glasses. A lavender sprig can be added for garnish.
