'The Voice' Crowns Jermaine Paul Winner of Season 2: Paul's Top 5 Performances

Jermaine Paul has finally stepped out of Alicia Keys’ humongous shadow. Paul, who once served as a backup singer for Keys, won season two of NBC’s hit TV show, “The Voice.”

Paul defeated Chris Mann, Juliet Simms and Tony Lucca and sung a touching rendition of R. Kelly’s “I Believe I Can Fly” for his final solo performance. With his win, Paul received $100,000, a recording contract and each finalist won a new car


Paul will begin working on his debut album this summer.
