Tim Duncan and Spurs Sweep Chris Paul's Clippers Out of Playoffs

Apparently Chris Paul didn’t have enough left in the tank at the end of the game on Sunday, May 19. Instead the Clippers’ superstar had a turnover and an off-balance miss in the final 30 seconds as the Spurs held on to remain undefeated in the playoffs. The Spurs extend their run to 18-0 after a 102-99 victory over the Clippers Sunday night. With their second straight sweep, the Spurs advance to the Western Conference finals for the first time since 2008.

Paul finished with 23 points and 11 assists, and Blake Griffin had 21 points and 5 rebounds. Eric Bledsoe had a surprising 17 points off the bench.

Tim Duncan had 21 points and 9 rebounds, Parker had 17 points and Gary Neal had 14 points off the bench for the Spurs, who will face the winner of the Lakers-Thunder series in the next round.
