Tank is back with his new album This Is How I Feel. The R&B crooner who has penned songs for artists such as Chris Brown, Jaimie Foxx and R. Kelly, recently took time to shoot an exclusive cover with rolling out magazine.

On His Return …
“I think that people are just now starting to understand who I am and what I really do. It’s been a slow build, but I’ll take that to be around in this business for 12 to 15 years. My first album dropped in 2001 and [I’m] still here being discovered and rediscovered. That’s a blessing.”
On Writing for Chris Brown, Jaimie Foxx and R. Kelly …
“We’re all like family. We all kind of have that mutual respect for each other’s talents, so it’s easy for us to get in there and put egos aside and just make good music. It’s more about getting the best record that you can possibly get while working together.”
