The Houston Fringe Festival is turning five and this year, it’s bigger than ever. The annual performing arts festival, presented by FrenetiCore in Houston’s East End, takes place over three weekends at three different performance venues, offering independent theater, film, dance, music and visual arts from Houston area artists and beyond.
