A Virginia woman says she went from a whopping 200 pounds to a svelte 114 pounds. Christine Hall, a 66-year-old law librarian, has spent the last two years tracking her Starbucks meals. From May to November 2010, she lost her first 40 pounds.
In an effort to lose two pounds every week, she restricted her diet to 876 calories a day.
