Donavan McNabb
When it comes to NFL wins, McNabb is only paced by Tom Brady and Peyton Manning when considering active quarterbacks. So why are Brady and Manning still given the chance to play, while McNabb has been forced into retirement because no team has signed him? McNabb’s subpar play with the Minnesota Vikings was largely based on an inexperienced line that allowed him to be sacked 16 times in six games. He might not be able to start on most NFL teams at this point, but he’s much more capable than the malign Matt Cassell of the Kansas City Chiefs. McNabb, at the very least, should be a back up for some NFL team.
