Dr. Sandy Pepper’s missi the Wayne County Community Mental Health Agency is to be a voice, a support system and a resource for those living with mental illness, developmental disabilities and substance use disorders. As the director of that organization, our final honoree is dedicated to providing access to programs, treatments, and services that transform lives through hope and stability.
