Kimberly Noel Kardashian is celebrating her birthday today — the same day as Kanye’s ex Amber Rose — in Rome with her rapper boyfriend. According to several sources and “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” producer Ryan Seacrest, the day could be especially special for the socialite, considering that Kanye could surprise her with an engagement ring. “I think we could definitely see an update on this story on Monday,” said Seacrest on his radio show about the couple’s rumored engagement. The proposal would mark number three for Kardashian who wed producer Damon Thomas in 2000 and later basketballer Kris Humphries who she is technically still married to. Kardashian’s messy divorce proceedings between her and Humphries is ongoing and could go unsettled for another year.
