Tiffany “Charli Baltimore” Lane
This would be considered another one of the late Notorious B.I.G.’s seconds, not sure who went first or if there’s any truth to this one. Baltimore denies it and says there was a time when she, Biggie, and Jay were collaborating on the hip-hop supergroup “The Commission.”
On his Black album, Jay-Z addresses Charli Baltimore by her given name on the single “Allure”: “To all the Christies in every cities and Tiffany Lanes/We all hustlers, in love with the same thang.”
