Brandon Lincoln Woodard, a 31-year-old law student was gunned down during a broad-daylight attack near Columbus Circle, in front of the Thomas Choir School on W. 58th St. near Seventh Ave.. Woodard earned his bachelors degree at Loyola Marymount University.
