Dallas Cowboy Josh Brent has been charged with intoxication manslaughter in connection with the death of his teammate and friend, Jerry Brown. He is out of jail on $500,000 bail.
Brent’s blood alcohol level was .18, more than twice the legal limit of .08. Perhaps, this explains why Brent didn’t do more to help his dying teammate.
