This week, there were several solid hip-hop albums that went unnoticed. The Game’s Jesus Piece entered the charts with sells of 85,000 and Big Boi’s Vicious Lies And Dangerous Rumors sold 30,000 units in its first week. The low album sales draw the attention to major label execs who are often confused on how to promote hip-hop music in the age of piracy.
