Valentine’s Day Beer Making Class

Brooklyn Brew Shop founders Erica Shea and Stephen Valand will show you that if you can make oatmeal, you can make beer. The introductory class will show you all the steps from grain to glass to start turning out your own high-quality stove-top craft brews. The two will be on hand to answer your brewing questions and will be pouring samples of seasonally-inspired beers including Smoked Wheat, Chestnut Brown and Chocolate Maple Porter paired with cheeses.
