Tupac and Biggie had mutual respect for each other when they met in the early ’90s. They partied together on several occasions and even recorded a song, “Runnin’ From the Police,” together in 1994.


But after 2 Pac was shot at Quad Studios in New York during the same year, he suspected that Biggie and Puff Daddy knew who was involved with the robbery and shooting. The rappers later got into a lyrical beef that preceded their untimely deaths in the mid-’90s.
