Beyoncé, Kim K and other celebrities with hourglass shapes
The hourglass or X shape is seen on women who generally have a hip and bust measurement of equal size. Most noticeable, howevemr is a waist that is significantly smaller than the rest of the body as seen on women like Beyoncé pictured above. And while it’s often deemed the most enviable of body shapes, the hourglass is estimated to only be seen on 8 percent of the female population with most ladies falling into the more rectangular category.
Especially prevalent in Hollywood, hourglass shapes grace the covers of magazines, are seen on reality TV showsm and at sold-out arenas.
