For a number of women, being a Playboy playmate is a dream come true and the opportunity to be lauded in the legendary men’s magazine. Over the years, we’ve seen several reality stars grace the pages of Hugh Hefner’s longstanding publication including a socialite, a “real housewife” and a celebrity singer.
