Reem Acra Eau de Parfum fragrance review

reemacrafragrance

Reem Acra is known internationally for her beautiful wedding gowns and red carpet-worthy evening wear. The Lebanese designer launched her first perfume and it’s been getting a lot of media attention. Acra claims that the perfume is inspired by her own childhood memories. “The fragrance is special because it’s my life story. Amber has been part of my home since I was a little kid and peonies are my favorite flowers,” she says.

The perfume was created by Pierre Negrin of Firmenich. The perfumer chose to enhance the warm tones of amber with a slight touch of spice. Composed of bergamot, peach and orange blossom at the top note, you will be enveloped by the sultry and rich smells. The hint of ginger, lily of the valley, jasmine and peony lie at the heart of the perfume with amber, cedar and patchouli scent at the base. It is like a cocktail of darkly sensual musk.

World-renowned designer Doug Lloyd of Lloyd & Co. created the bottle for Reem Acra. He created a perfect harmony of modern glamour and classical sophistication. The glass bottle is patterned with Reem Acra’s insignia of doves, representing Eastern traditions. The golden hues of the bottle combined with a slight red touch below the cap, gives a sense of royalty.

You would definitely enjoy this exotic and elegant scent. The perfume has average longevity and moderate sillage. It is directed for the mature feminine clientele and is perfect for a winter bride to use. It is not the most innovative perfume, but it has its own unique appeal, just like the bridal wear of Reem Acra.

If you like the mysterious, alluring fragrances, then Reem Acra Eau de Parfum is the perfect fragrance for you.
