Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort eliminated its posh room service with a take-out and delivery service accessible via phone, the Internet or an app. Delivery to the room is an option and so is pick-up at Fresh Connection. This is an effort to “re-energize” the room service experience.
