Justin Mustafa allegedly took extreme measures to retaliate against his girlfriend who he believed cheated on him while he was in jail.
According to reports, Mustafa, 24, kidnapped the woman and held her hostage for a week. After being sentenced to two years in prison for secretly videotaping himself having sex with a woman, Mustafa was released early and placed on probation.
But from June 28 until July 4, the Massachusetts man held the woman captive after accusing her of infidelity. Mustafa beat the woman several times, including once with a belt. He also injected her with heroin against her will.
The woman also claimed that he forced her to have sex with a dog and filmed the act on his cell phone. He told her that he would use the footage to blackmail her if she didn’t submit to his will.
On July 4, the woman said she able to escape and was able to find a police station in East Falmouth, Massachusetts.
Mustafa was not given a bond and faces charges of attempted murder, bestiality, and assault and battery with a hypodermic needle.
