Roc Nation singer Rita Ora opted for this Smurf inspired do’ in May. The British songstress and style chameleon debuted her electric blue tresses before switching back to her signature platinum blonde look. The blue hair resurfaced however in July when Ora showed off a blue and blonde ombre style.
