Black Latino Council hosts diversity mixer prior to Atlanta Braves vs. Philadelphia Phillies game

Black Latino Council at Turner Field (7) (1024x683)

Many of the city’s leading black and Latino business people came together in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month with the Black and Latino Council hosting a pregame supplier diversity recognition event that honored supplier diversity leaders Sabrina Jenkins of the Atlanta Braves and Rosemary Jones of Turner Broadcasting.

While the event mixed business and baseball, attendees were schooled by Jenkins and Jones on how to do business with Turner Broadcasting and the Braves. It was very gracious of the ladies, both former rolling out Top 25 Women of Atlanta honorees, to stay in the reception for hours after the official program to answer questions from guests while the Braves games was going on just outside the doors of the 755 Club at Turner Field. Miss Georgia Latina, Danessa Elreya, was also in attendance, discussing her platform against domestic violence.
