Tips for women who want thicker and stronger hair

In your hair journey to go from short to long hair, there are a few healthy tips you should follow. If you are growing your hair out but you notice that your ends are thin, scraggly, brittle, weak, and/or split understand that your ends deserve better. Trim away split ends. – Many hold onto damaged ends for length but split and severely worn ends should be cut. Long hair is great but length that is damaged is not sexy nor healthy for the rest of your hair.
