Tips for women who want thicker and stronger hair

Use a protein conditioner directly on your ends – Protein conditioners are beneficial because it temporarily reinforces the ends of our hair, particularly areas where the cuticle has been lost.  This allows for thicker, stronger ends in the immediately because it temporarily patches the cuticle and long term it protects against breakage and splits. Following up with a moisturizing conditioner is great as well but only if needed.
