Impact Worship Center (IWC) will celebrate four years of serving the community with Grammy Award-winning gospel artist Dr. Dorinda Clark-Cole of the legendary Clark Sisters and special guest speaker Bishop Arthur T. Jones Sr. of Jacksonville, Fla., on Sunday, October 13, 2013 during the 10 a.m. worship service. All are welcome.
Touted as one of the fastest growing churches in the metro-area, IWC’s lead pastor is Dr. Arthur T. Jones, Jr. who proudly exudes three cornerstones of manhood – priest, provider and protector.
Carrying on the family’s legacy in ministry, Jones was groomed by his father, Bishop Jones Sr., the founding bishop of All People International Church in Jacksonville.
Four years ago, the Joneses – Dr. Arthur T. Jones Jr. and his wife Lady Tonya – a young married couple, made the courageous move from Jacksonville with their new family to build a church in the Atlanta area. Jones shares, “In the midst of what is now known as the great recession of 2009, God impressed upon my heart that it was the right time to launch Impact Worship Center, the place that is committed to the success of each parishioner’s journey.
“The challenge of the time placed a demand on my faith and with faith in God, all things are possible. The fascinating success of this ministry cannot be attributed to the intellectual prowess or the charismatic appeal of a man, but rather the hand of God that is upon this ministry because our passion is to build a people that He can be proud of.”
Located in the heart of Smyrna, Ga., IWC is where members congregate to experience an empowering and refreshing life-changing move of God, where everyone is V.I.P – victorious, influential and powerful.
