Juan Pablo Vazquez, 20, admitted to authorities that he’s killed 45 people, including a transit officer and a stripper. A member of an unidentified Mexican drug cartel (possibly the Gulf Cartel involved in a turf war with the Zetas), Vazquez has been linked to 34 more murders, most committed as recently as 2012.
He was arrested Oct. 8, 2013, in Monterrey, Nuevo León. Authorities seized 35 bags of weed and 22 packets of cocaine. Vazquez has reportedly been a member of the cartel since he was 15, starting out as a informant, and then becoming a drug dealer before finally graduating to a hit man.
