When fans first saw Holly Madison’s 18-carat engagement ring from her beau, many of them gawked and called it gaudy. The sparkler features a cushion cut yellow diamond and rose gold. The enormous rock is also surrounded by pink and yellow diamond flowers and was personally designed by Madison’s fiancé Pasquale Rotella.
