2 drunk 2 care
— Kaila Mendoza (@highimkaila) November 17, 2013
Not sure if it’s a declaration or simply a poor choice of words, but the phrase “2 drunk 2 care” posted on her Twitter by wrong way Florida driver Kaila Mendoza, 20, seemed really harsh and unforgiving considering it published two hours before she killed two motorists on Sawgrass Expressway. Mendoza’s 2004 Hyundai Sonata was heading west in the eastbound lane when she crashed into Nicole Ferrante’s 2012 Toyota Camry. Ferrante’s passenger, Marisa Caran Caronio, from Coral Springs, Fla., was pronounced dead at the scene. Ferrante died Thursday morning after being taken off life support. Mendoza, whose Twitter handle is @highimkaila and describes herself as “pothead princess,” was listed in critical condition. A few of her social media fans have quickly turned to foes since the tragedy.
