Thoughts on Art Basel: “This is my first time at Art Basel. I was able to see a few exhibits, but there has been so much foot traffic at my exhibit that I haven’t been able to get away.  It’s a good to have people see your work and think about what you have created.

How to get the younger generation more involved in art: “I think we have to let people know that art is an investment. Jean-Michel Basquiat sold a painting for $10,000 in 1982. Today, those pieces go for $45 million. We have to understand that art is an investment. There are artists here today who will create work that could be work millions decades later. We’re doing it for money, but we’re doing it to inspire the next generation.”
