Justin Bieber in legal hot water, again

In a new set of legal problems for singer Justin Bieber, he was just charged with assault. Last month Bieber and his entourage allegedly smacked their limo driver in the back of the head.

Bieber surrendered at a Toronto police station yesterday and was charged with assault and must appear in court on March 10, 2014.

According to police, early on the morning of Dec. 30 there was a fight in the limo. The limo was taking Bieber and his posse to a hotel after a visit to a club. During the ride,  the driver was struck several times in the back of the head by one of the passengers. The driver stopped the car, got out and called police. The passenger fled the scene before the police arrived. It is expected that the assault will be treated as the American equivalent of a misdemeanor.

But Bieber is still not finished with the law. He is still under investigation for vandalism over tossing eggs at a neighbor’s house. The neighbor estimates that the damage will cost $20,000 to repair.
