How do you utilize technology to benefit your organization?

We have a well-developed website through which we communicate movement on key initiatives. Finish the following sentences …

Team work is important because … it furthers collective engagement and critical examination of key issues; promotes collaboration to insure that the best minds come together to develop strategies; and creates a sense of shared responsibility for effecting change to address the persistent issues of the day, consistent with the mission of the Association.

The best way to recruit great talent is … to cast a broad net – great talent can emerge from unexpected sources; to insure that talented persons can envision how their particular skill sets can enhance the growth and development of the organization’s goals and objectives; and provide sufficient support to translate great ideas into achievable outcomes.

Speaking a second language is important because … we live in a global community.  Linguistic skills allow us to meet people where they are, allowing us to identify broader sources of talent.
