15. Rocko
An underrated Atlanta rapper, Rocko has stayed active on the mixtape circuit since releasing his debut Self Made in 2008. In 2013, he had one of the biggest songs of the year with “U.O.E.N.O.” His latest mixtape, Poet, is an ode to the late great Maya Angelou. He was also the first person to sign Future and Young Dro to his A1 label.
14. Cyhi The Prynce
Cyhi The Prynce has a rather short resume when compared to others on this list. But when it comes to lyricism, he can go toe-to-toe with any rapper. Signed to Kanye West’s G.O.O.D Music label, Cyhi The Prynce has released six mixtapes since 2010. But his lyrical performance on his latest project, Hystoria, proves that he has a bright future.
