Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon sell their Bel-Air pad as they ditch the west coast for New York City

Music superstar Mariah Carey and her entertainment host husband Nick Cannon have sold their luxurious Bel-Air mansion. In 2009, the couple forked over $7 million for the mega mansion but pocketed a $3 million profit when they sold the property for a cool $10 million.

The property, which sits on 3 acres, is equipped with a movie theater, gym, an indoor basketball court and putting green and a large pool with a floor monogrammed with their initials.
